Greenhouse Shed Combinations are the ideal solution if you only have space for one garden building. This 8'6 x 6'8 model combines a 4'3 Greenhouse section with a 4'3 Shed section. If you need a longer shed section this is available as an optional extra. If you would prefer a longer greenhouse section skip to the next model up. All our Greenhouse Shed Combinations are available in two widths, this model is 6'8 wide but if you prefer a bit more room, or a double-width door, choose one of the 8'9 models. Included in the price are a lockable External door, Staging, Auto Vent, Toughened Glazing, Internal door, fitted Shed floor, plus Free Delivery and Installation to most postcodes

Manufactured in the UK using Swedish Redwood Pine, thermally modified, to create a beautiful, natural product with high durability, and almost no warping, shrinking or swelling.  This item can be supplied untreated so you can apply your own finish, or choose one of the factory applied options.  After ten years experience of selling these versatile buildings we can be sure you will be delighted with the quality of the materials and workmanship

• Dimensions: Overall length 2550mm 8'6 comprising of a 4'3 Greenhouse section plus 4'3 Shed section.  Overall width 2035mm (6'8), Ridge Height 2370mm (7'9), Eaves Height 1730mm (5'8). Models shown may be a different size
• External Door into the Greenhouse giving an open width of 551mm (1'10), Height 1940mm (6'4). Fitted with an aluminium handle and mortice lock.  Internal door for access to the Shed section
• Supplied untreated so you can apply your own finish or if you prefer a factory applied treatment please see 'Optional extras' below
• Fully glazed with 3mm toughened safety glass making this garden building safe for children and pets
• One top vent in the Greenhouse section sealed with timber capping and fitted with a Bayliss XL vent opener to regulate the temperature automatically. The auto-vent does not require an electricity supply
• Full length wooden staging on one side of the Greenhouse section. Width 520mm
• Shed section has a fitted floor, two internal shelves and the roof has a hard wearing vinyl cover
• Damp barrier: this 20mm black PVC section will considerably extend the life of your Greenhouse Shed Combination
• 12 year Frame Guarantee against rot and decay. Customers who buy an untreated greenhouse will need to apply a water based preservative, natural oil or a paint recommended for timber buildings, within three months to validate the Frame Guarantee
• 3 year Guarantee on all fixtures and fittings such as auto vents, handles, locks etc

Optional extras:

• Oiled:  Natural oils are applied in the factory to give a long lasting finish which enriches the natural colour of the wood, resists fading and offers protection from mould, marks and water ingress. If you choose this option the staging and any shelves supplied will also be supplied oiled
• Painted:  A multi-layer, factory applied finish in a choice of heritage colours supplied by Farrow & Ball. The photos shows a chart of the most popular colours which are offered at a special price, but we can provide a personal quote for any colour in their range. Staging and any shelves supplied with painted buildings will be oiled and not painted, this makes them more resistant to abrasion
• Longer Shed section. 4'3 is standard but we also offer 6'4, 8'4 or 10'5 (for a longer Greenhouse section see the next model up)
• Extra staging so the Greenhouse section has staging down both sides (staging down one side is included as standard)
• High level shelf in Greenhouse section. Can be fitted on either side or both sides. Width 260mm
• Side Opening Vent in the Greenhouse, manually operated. Useful if you prefer some ventilation even at low temperatures when the auto-vent will be closed
• An External door fitted to the apex of the Shed section, complete with a mortice lock, so it can be accessed directly from the garden
• Fixed or Opening window in the Shed section 610mm x 610mm. Opening windows are hinged and fitted with a stay
• Hunter gutter system, 76mm width, downpipes to the ground which the fitters will connect to a water butt (if available at the time of installation)
• Ornate Black Door handles instead of the aluminium ones which are fitted as standard 
• Black Cresting along the ridge
• You can order a Potting Bench or Cold Frame  to compliment your new Greenhouse Shed. These heavy items are supplied assembled and are only available if ordered at the same time as they will be delivered together 

Delivery & Installation
All buildings are made to order and generally installed within the lead time specified at the time of ordering. You will be emailed a base plan within 48 hours of placing an order.  We recommend the base is the same size as the greenhouse and must be flat and level. Most customers use paving flags or a concrete pad which is a minimum of 10cm deep. When your greenhouse is almost ready you will be contacted to arrange a suitable day for the installation

Easy Payment: just a 20% deposit is required at the time of ordering
