This Markham Heavy Duty Pent Workshop 12 x 8 features thicker framing than our standard models giving a stronger building. Pent Garden Workshops are a bit more versatile than the Apex version in that the door can be fitted on any side and the flat roof provides more storage space under the eaves.

Constructed using timber from FSC approved sources. Includes fixed window/s which can be changed to an opening version as optional extra. If you prefer a more rustic appearance choose the Loglap cladding option. Made by a well established British manufacturer with a reputation for offering excellent value for money. This item is supplied in sections for DIY Home Assembly and instructions and all fixings are included. We also offer a low cost Installation Service where this item can be built for you by experienced fitters (customers requiring installation need to have a flat, stable base prepared before the delivery date is arranged)

• Fixed window/s are normally fitted on the front elevation which is the longest side. Number of windows varies according to the workshop size. If you want them on more than one side we can usually meet your requirements

• Floor joists every 300mm to provide a sturdy base
• Heavy Duty Mineral felt provided for the roof
• Supplied pre-treated internally and externally with a factory base coat using a high-quality water-based anti-fungicide wood treatment in a light oak colour

Delivery lead time and Installation:
All buildings are built to order and supplied within the lead time specified at the time of ordering. If you choose our Installation Service please make us aware of any possible access issues at the time of ordering. You also need to prepare a good base well before the delivery date. The base must be flat and level, and at least as big as the buildings' footprint. A good base can be made using paving flags or concrete at least 10cm deep. The manufacturer will contact you shortly before delivery to make sure the base is ready and to arrange a suitable day for installation. The installation team take approximately 2 hours to build your greenhouse ready for use. All customers so far have been highly delighted with their purchase but every building includes a 12 month guarantee 
 

Easy Payment:  pay just 20% deposit today, balance is due when your greenhouse is ready for delivery   
When you go to the Checkout you will see the price has automatically been reduced to the deposit amount (if the full amount is showing please type DEPOSIT into the voucher box to reduce the amount payable to 20%). The balance is normally paid when you are contacted to arrange the installation date. If you prefer to pay the whole amount today just click on the 'Remove voucher' link at the Checkout and the total sum will be restored (the link is on the right hand side below the total amount due). At step 2 of the Checkout you enter your contact details, including telephone number please. At step 3 click the button next to Pay by Credit/Debit Card, tick the box to confirm you accept the Terms & Conditions, then add your payment details to complete the transaction. Within a few minutes you should get a confirmation email - if not please check your junk folder. Card payments are managed for us by Stripe who use bank level security to protect your card information - we have no access to your card details and only store your contact details such as address, email and telephone to allow us to process your order
