This 12 x 8 Montana Barn Style Shed is by far our most popular model.  An attractive garden feature as well as being functional it features extra height and a wide internal shelf which gives lots of useful storage space. Loglap cladding gives a more rustic appearance and is available as an optional extra. The green mineral felted roof, three fixed windows on one side, a 2' wide high level shelf which makes the most of the height of the Montana Barn are supplied as standard. This 8ft wide model features a double door with a generous opening of almost 120cm (4') making it easy to get larger items inside. Made in the UK by a well established manufacturer with a reputation for offering excellent value for money. The timber originates from well managed, sustainable forests and is finished with a water based, light oak preservative wood treatment

This item is supplied in sections for DIY Home Assembly and instructions and all fixings are included. We also offer a low cost Installation Service where this item can be built for you by experienced fitters (customers requiring installation need to have a flat, stable base prepared before the delivery date is arranged)

Price includes Vat and Free delivery to most postcodes in England (exclusions below). 20% deposit required when you order and the balance is payable only when the building is ready to be delivered

  • Double door: One door is approx. 75cm wide (2'6) and second door is 45cm wide (1'6) giving an overall opening space of approx. 12cm (4'). Secured with a pad bolt and three hinges on each door
  • 10cm (4") roof overhang all way round
  • Two sets of 2 fixed windows which can be on one side or one set on each side
  • Glazing: Windows are 460mm x 610mm fitted with 3mm Horticultural Glass retained with glazing beads
  • Wide internal storage shelf opposite the door
  • Floor joists every 300mm to provide a sturdy base
  • Supplied pre-treated internally and externally with a factory base coat using a high-quality water-based anti-fungicide wood treatment in a light oak colour.

Delivery lead time and Installation:
All buildings are built to order and supplied within the lead time specified at the time of ordering. If you choose our Installation Service please make us aware of any possible access issues at the time of ordering. You also need to prepare a good base well before the delivery date. The base must be flat and level, and at least as big as the buildings' footprint. A good base can be made using paving flags or concrete at least 10cm deep. The manufacturer will contact you shortly before delivery to make sure the base is ready and to arrange a suitable day for installation. The installation team take approximately 2 hours to build your greenhouse ready for use. All customers so far have been highly delighted with their purchase but every building includes a 12 month guarantee 

Easy Payment:  pay just 20% deposit today, balance is due when your greenhouse is ready for delivery   
When you go to the Checkout at step 1 please enter your postcode and click 'GO' (see excluded areas above). You will see the price has automatically been reduced to the deposit amount (if the full amount is showing please type DEPOSIT into the voucher box to reduce the amount payable to 20%). The balance is normally paid when you are contacted to arrange the installation date. If you prefer to pay the whole amount today just click on the 'Remove voucher' link at the Checkout and the total sum will be restored (the link is on the right hand side below the total amount due). At step 2 of the Checkout you enter your contact details, including telephone number please. At step 3 click the button next to Pay by Credit/Debit Card, tick the box to confirm you accept the Terms & Conditions, then add your payment details to complete the transaction. Within a few minutes you should get a confirmation email - if not please check your junk folder. Card payments are managed for us by Stripe who use bank level security to protect your card information - we have no access to your card details and only store your contact details such as address, email and telephone to allow us to process your order
