This mid-range size is sure to become a best seller.  Included in the base price is, pressure treated timber, staging, mortice lock and four manually operated side vents. This greenhouse is made by a well established British manufacturer with a reputation for offering excellent quality, value for money and first class customer service. The timber originates from well-managed, sustainable forests and is pre-treated with a factory applied light oak, preservative base coat

Our Price includes Vat and delivery to most postcodes for DIY installation of the pre-glazed sections. This requires two people as the sections are heavy. Instructions and all fixings are supplied. Alternatively we offer a low cost installation service  

Specifications:

• Overall size 2090mm (approx. 7') x 2090mm (approx. 7'). These dimensions are a guide only, please allow +/- 5mm for all dimensions due to timber tolerances, and your base should be a bit larger. The octagonal shape means the base must be perfectly level to ensure the windows and door operate without sticking 
• Ridge height: 2.8m including the finial, Eaves height: 1.9m
• Timber Frame: 34mm x 40mm
• Part boarded with 15mm x 600mm tongue and groove weatherboard
• External finishing trims to all panels (side and roof)
• Single, outward opening door complete with mortice lock and black antique hardware  
• One piece of staging included which can be fitted opposite the door or on either side of the door
• Four side opening vents provide good ventilation
• Glazing: 3mm Horticultural Glass. Roof is clear, shatterproof Perspex with a fibreglass roof capping complete with decorative finial
• Pre-treated in the factory with a base coat of light oak, water based preservative. It should be given a top coat after installation

Optional extras:

• One extra piece of staging (so you can have one piece on each side of the door)
• Two extra pieces of staging (for staging all the way round, as shown in the main photo)
• A timber base frame which the greenhouse will sit on, this raises it 50mm 
• Bayliss Automatic Vent Openers to convert any or all of the vents to open and close automatically, according to the temperature you set. These operate without any power required
• Installation by experienced fitters
• Tanalised Base Frame 50mm x 50mm: to raise the greenhouse off your base by almost 5cm. This means there is a deeper threshold at the door to step over, but it will help to extend the life of your greenhouse 
• Toughened glass for side panels (please enquire for a price)

Delivery & Installation
All buildings are made to order within the lead time specified at the time of ordering. A base plan is available on request. If you opt for the installation service we recommend preparing the base as soon as possible to avoid any delays. The base must be flat and level; most customers use paving flags or a concrete pad at least 10cm deep. When your greenhouse is almost ready you will be contacted to arrange a suitable day for delivery
