Delivery charges and dispatch times: General Products

Orders under £60 = £5.99 delivery charge    Orders over £60 = Free delivery

Most items are dispatched within 1 or 2 days of your order being received and it should arrive within 3 or 4 workings days. Next day delivery may be available for a small surcharge but please contact us early in the day if required and we will do our best to oblige. 

We do our best to offer prompt delivery on each occasion but we rely on the courier companies and sometimes they fail to deliver on the expected day. Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for late delivery which is beyond our control. You will be provided we a consignment number, where available, so you can use the courier's own tracking service to check on the progress. 

Delays, damage or missing parcels

Please contact us as soon as possible and we will endeavour to resolve the issue quickly. We suggest you do not try and contact the courier company yourselves they are not set up to efficiently deal with customer issues and it will only cause frustration

The couriers we use most are Evri, Yodel, DHL and Parcelforce depending on the items in your order

Delivery charges and dispatch times: Garden Buildings 

Free delivery applies to most Mainland postcodes, offshore deliveries are not possible. Please check the product page as some postcodes will need an individual quote

All garden buildings are built to order and a lead time is given at the time of ordering to give you an idea when you can expect delivery. Some include installation and others offer a choice of either DIY installation or the building being built for you. As our Garden Buildings are built to order they are exempt from the 30 day return guarantee but rest assured all our buildings have at least 12 months guarantee and those with toughened glazing include a ten year frame guarantee. The manufacturers we use are family firms that have proved very reliable partners to us so we are sure you will be delighted with your purchase. However, in the unlikely event you experience any problems please let us know and we will ensure any issues are quickly resolved
