The 8 x 8 Octagonal Timber Greenhouse is the largest version of our best seller.  This popular timber greenhouse combines an attractive garden feature with a useful growing space.  Pressure treated timber, staging at waist height opposite the door, two manually operated side vents and delivery to most UK postcodes are all included in the price. This greenhouse is made by a well established British manufacturer with a reputation for offering excellent quality, value for money and first class customer service. The timber originates from well-managed, sustainable forests and is pre-treated with a factory applied light oak, preservative base coat

Our Price includes Vat and delivery to most postcodes for DIY installation of the pre-glazed sections. This requires two people as the sections are heavy. Instructions and all fixings are supplied. Alternatively we offer a low cost installation service

• Extra staging (so you have staging both sides both sides of the door or all the way round as shown in the model above)
• Bayliss Automatic Roof Vent Openers (1 or 2) will convert the existing vents to open and close automatically according to the temperature you set. These operate without any power
• Installation by experienced fitters

Delivery & Installation
All buildings are made to order within the lead time specified at the time of ordering. A base plan is available on request. If you opt for the installation service we recommend preparing the base as soon as possible to avoid any delays. The base must be flat and level; most customers use paving flags or a concrete pad at least 10cm deep. When your greenhouse is almost ready you will be contacted to arrange a suitable day for delivery

Free delivery exclusions:  All offshore areas plus these mainland postcodes are outside the free delivery area: IV, KW, PA, PH, AB, DD, KY, FK, G, EH, TD, ML, KA, DG, CA, LL, SY, LD, SA, CF, NP, TA, DT, EX, TQ, PL, TR.   If you live adjacent to a free delivery postcode we can supply a personal quote for delivery 

Easy Payment:  just 20% deposit required with your order
When you go to the Checkout you will see the price has automatically been reduced to the deposit amount. The balance is normally paid when you are contacted to arrange the delivery date. If you prefer to pay the whole amount just click on the 'Remove voucher' link at the Checkout and the total will be restored (the link is on the right hand side below the total amount due)
