The short cable means this pump is designed for indoor water features, aquariums, terrariums etc. A simple flow adjuster is built into the pump.  If you need better flow control we also stock Hose Tap flow adjusters which can be fitted anywhere along the hose. Due to the cable length of 1.5m this pump is suitable for small indoor water features, aquariums, terraria etc. 230v.
